THE CHRONICLES
“The Chronicles” started as my attempt to capture and commemorate moments in time that I remembered from my childhood. However, as I began to journey deeper into my creation process, I quickly began to realize I was capturing pivotal moments in Black History.
It is my intent to highlight the rich legacy and contributions that Black people have made to America and to the entire world. Black History is world history, and our stories must be told.
